PalateTrip is all about the culture of beverages and food. I’ve been a lover of eating and drinking ever since I can remember. I grew up in a family that loved to cook, travel and try new things. Delicious flavors were portals into new cultures.

Today I curate fun educational experiences for you to indulge in and discover deeper connections to the flavors you love.

My formal education includes the Advanced Degree from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, MA from the University of East Anglia UK, in Philosophy of Food and Drink and BA from Bard College in NY.

In many ways cannabis is a sister industry to beverage alcohol, and I recognize the current ending of prohibition as a significant milestone for our society as a whole. It is time to promote the accurate history and medicinal benefits of the plant, while actively working on socially equitable reform and reparations to create an equitable and inclusive environment.

I believe respect and humility are the foundations from which to engage with the many diverse and enriching cultures of the world. It is an equal joy and honor to be able to share my multicultural lifestyle, and the delicious flavors therein, through my work.
