PalateTrip is all about the culture of beverages and food. It is my goal to help everyone find maximum joy in every gustatory experience through dynamic and interactive educational seminars, writings and events.
I’ve been a lover of food and drink ever since I can remember. I grew up in a family that loved to cook, travel and try new things. Among my skills and certifications are a fluency in Spanish, the Advanced Degree from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, Spanish Wine Educator Certificate, an MA from the University of East Anglia, UK, in Philosophy of Food and Drink and a BA from Bard College in NY.
I maintain an active schedule indulging my passion for aesthetics and education while teaching, eating and drinking, whether in New York City, Oaxaca, or Istanbul. My unending hunger and thirst for different flavors continue to send me on delicious journeys exploring cultures worldwide.
